Return Eligibility

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unstitched, unwashed, and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

A damaged item
A defective item

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Fabric that has been stitched, altered, cut, washed, or used
Custom or special-order products
Clearance or sale items
Gift cards

Due to variations in screen settings and lighting conditions, slight color differences between product images and actual fabric are not considered defects.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our support team. Exchange requests are subject to product availability and approval.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method where applicable.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
